Well, it seems like it’s been a minute since Animal Colelctive was on my radar, and that’s kinda sad,……….. buttttt happy, happy! They’re back where they belong, making amazingness like this!
Just after a few listens, I can tell this will probably end up as one of my all time favorites. Love it. Summery. Fresh, with some kind of crazy Afrikan sound going on. Did I mention that I loved it?

Manchester Orchestra - Pensacola
The latest track to surface from the new MO album, Simple Math out May 10th. Supposedly the whole thing has leaked, which really sucks for the artist. I can’t say I don’t pirate music, use the leaks occasionally, etc, and if you do you really should make an effort to buy some merch, go see a show, buy the album as well on vinyl or something like that. Artists really put a lot of time and effort, heart and soul in to making a good record, and they should get something in return eh?

This video really surprised me. Before this, i think i had heard maybe one MH song.
Picture this, A man, dressed in a suit, sitting in the shade on a summer day, with a record player, and a cocktail, and all the sudden the music starts(crazy, brass, bouncy music) a girl in a bikini runs up and starts shaking her ass and all the sudden there is a party.
Haha i need a day like this in my summer soon.
So apparently, not only is Ryan Adams in the studio working on a new album, but is also planning on releasing some older stuff?
On his facebook page Ryan writes
“Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, “III/IV” Double LP, ( unreleased and in the vault since 2006 ) fresh from the mastering plant! Also day one of demo’s went great!”
and….
“oh yeah, p.s. the “Blackhole” LP ( recorded over Christmas in 2005 ) is also back from the mastering plant. I f’n love this thing. It took 4 years to make it and to me it is basically Love is Hell Part 3… lots of shimmery guitar love on this.”
