The other evening someone asked me if I liked music videos, and I had to pause for a second,……I used to fricking love music videos, maybe back when MTV actually played music videos and watching music videos was a form of getting turned on to new shit. That thought aside, yes, I do like music videos, but they have to be pretty special to hold my attention.

The video for Oberhofer’s Away Frm U, is well…..special. Haha Kidding, kidding. It’s fun, bouncy, slightly psychedelic and well,I just have really liked this song since it came out, so just watch it. ;)

The Head and the Heart - Lost in my Mind (Official Video)

THATH are a band that are seriously on fire. It seems like just the other day I was listening to a live version of one of their first songs and thinking “wow, this band has a nice sound”, the smooth, folky track immediately stuck in my head.  Now, their first ever video has premiered on MTV?! Craziness!

I have not seen the band live. Yet. But from reading snippets here and there about them, looking at their schedule, hearing their ever improving sound, etc. etc. they appear to be a very hard working band that genuinely loves what they are doing. So Kudos to them, I think they deserve what success they are garnering. Sounds like Hallelujah. ;)

Their debut album hits record stores as well as being available for digital download on April 16th.
