Like everything else Oberhofer releases, this is brilliant. I think it’s pretty cool when bands aren’t afraid to tackle a cover song outside of their genre. Yep. Pretty cool.

Benjamin Francis Leftwich - Ticket To Ride(Beatles Cover)
Perfect for an afternoon like this. Chill and acoustic. The Beatles are a tough band to cover(even though just about everyone and their mom attempt) but Leftwich nails it.
Frightened Rabbit - Different Names For The Same Thing (Death Cab For Cutie Cover)
Supposedly, Scott Hutchison performed this acoustic cover of DCFC as a from of celebrating their tour together, thanking the fans, and as support for the Invisible Children ( an organization aimed at ending the conflict in Uganda and stopping the abduction of children for use as child soldiers.)
That being said, if you are a fan of either of these bands, you are really going to enjoy this.
Mumford and Sons - England(The National Cover)MTV Unplugged)
If you’re a fan of either of these bands, or of both, then the above title/ description is probably enough to get you to watch the video and give it a listen. If you’ve never heard either band,…..well, just listen. It’s pretty good. ;)
